A fail…

Well, we were over the moon, in love with a baby boy, not born yet…this was it…we were finally going to be parents…it was our time…we were picked…it seemed too good to be true… matched beautifully with the birth mother…had such a great connection…we immediately started getting ready, buying things and planning things and preparing for his arrival, told the family and some close friends, signed the documents, ready to send everything in, literally the next morning…then, we got the call…that dreaded call…the birth-mother decided to parent…I guess he wasn’t meant to be ours…it stings, I can tell you that…it really stings…but, as I said…he wasn’t meant to be ours…he was meant to be with his birthmother…and all of the immense love that we had for him, we will give to another baby and never take him or her for granted for 1 second…never, ever…we pray she never takes him for granted, and he never wants for anything and wish them the best…The life that our baby will have will be one unparalleled to any other. They will want for nothing, have everything, travel the world, and experience life like no other, full of love, acceptance, kindness, and a family that will love them like crazy! 

I hope you’re out there soon for us birthmother…pick us! We are open to twins, and would love that actually! We are ready, beyond ready, and are taking this “fail” as a bump in the road and something that is a sad memory, but not something that will affect us in a negative way…we believe that he was not truly meant to be ours…that possibly YOUR baby or babies are…we wish you all the best!
