When you bought your home or refinanced your mortgage, think about everything that you were able to see and do while logged into an online protected portal from home. You could see tasks, make payments, upload documents, and use electronic signatures. Your adoption agency should operate the same way. They should use adoption management software to service you, from the inquiry form that you complete on their website, through the home study process, adoption profile creation, matching, placing and post adoption care. Why? Because it’s great customer service and it keeps your personal information secure. PDF forms and hard copies don’t do that.

COVID should have taught all businesses to become paperless. This is an organization where you place your trust. If they can’t leverage technology to help you to complete paperwork, how are they going to compete when it comes to reaching expectant birth moms in a digital world?
