Summer Recipe

I have a new fun summer recipe for dessert.

It was given to me by a friend who knows I love dessert and pineapple ?.

It is delicious ?, lite and perfect for a spring or summertime treat.

Kids love it too ?

Best of all its easy and quick to whip up. 

All that is needed is yellow cake mix, 1 can of crushed pineapple and cool whip.

Mix and make the cake mix of your choice by following the directions on the box.

Once the cake is made and cooled, poke holes on the top of the cake with a toothpix.

Next pour over the cake 1 can of crushed pineapple. Apply cool whip over top and put in the fridge for several hours.

Voila…a delicious masterpiece !!
