Growing up, I had the privilege of living in a stable home with a loving father and mother. I had so many great memories with my family, and I always looked forward to the yearly vacation we had together. I also loved working with children and had many opportunities to babysit, nanny, and help out in my church’s nursery.
When I got to college, I decided to pursue a degree in Elementary Education. My passion for working with children led me to this, and I truly loved the time I had working with kids and student teaching. After I graduated, I struggled to find a teaching job and eventually become a teacher at a daycare center near my hometown. Once I became pregnant and had my first child, I decided to leave my job and stay home.
Being a stay-at-home mom has been one of the greatest joys of my life. We now have three children, and I am so thankful that I have this opportunity to stay at home with them. I am so excited to share life with them the same way that my parents did with me, building memories as a family and sharing joy in our lives together.
