We met working together as Resident Assistants in our college dorm junior year. He was dating somebody else at the time, so I never imagined we would end up married with three children. Soon enough our friendship grew and eventually we became more than friends. We graduated college in 2013, got engaged that summer, and then were married that December. I (Megan) never wanted a winter wedding, but I was so eager to become husband and I wife that I didn’t care! It actually ended up really special because we share an anniversary with Christopher’s parents. We then moved to Denver for three years attending graduate school, and we had our oldest daughter, Annette. When she was a year old, we moved back to Indiana to be near family. We’ve had two more children since then, Abraham and Castiel, and we look forward to growing our family even more.
We are best friends and couldn’t imagine our world without the other. We also couldn’t imagine our world without our children. They are the light of our lives, and we know our next child will simply make the light shine even brighter.
