Family Fun

Over the past three years our family has grown by leaps and bounds, and so many new traditions have begun. Holiday pancakes have become a thing (which has been a delicious addition) and a whole bunch of new crafts and hobbies are starting to be explored. Every day seems to come with more new things that the kids are excited to learn and try. They regularly talk about how they cannot wait to share in these traditions and new adventures with a sibling someday.

We have enjoyed getting to travel with our children as well. Most recently our family took a trip to Disney World and boy was it a blast. They adored getting to meet the characters and explore the beach and hotels. They even tried a little toddler roller coaster. It was a real dream come true to watch them look on in amazement at everything and I cannot wait to go again as soon as possible with our future, even larger, family.

Our extended family members are also some of our closest friends and biggest supporters. They have been by our side through every step of family’s journey and are so excited to meet the newest family member whenever that day arrives. While some of them live closer than others, we all enjoy getting together for meals, holidays, and vacations. Both of us also have younger brothers, and we are so thankful for our siblings. We greatly enjoy nights spent playing board games, watching movies, and sharing meals while we chat with our brothers and all of our extended family members.
