Meet Francis Through Xavier’s Eyes
Francis is a very fun, curious, open-minded, and extremely thoughtful person. He also has a great sense of humor, and can make anyone laugh. He uses his boundless imagination to make the most amazing costumes for Halloween. I can’t wait to see him dress up a kiddo in their favorite Disney character. You’ll also find him building Legos on lazy Sunday mornings, using it as an excuse to get ready to become a dad.
Francis is always eager to learn new things. He obtained a master’s in Psychology and previously developed tools using new technologies to help children at school. He is now a manager in a cooperatively-owned grocery store that supports local businesses.
It is fascinating to see how much Francis cares about people and respects them for who they are. These values are very dear to his heart. He truly is my moral compass and I know he will be the best role model for a child.
Fun Fact About Francis:
Growing up, him and his cousins would sleep in a hut built by their grandfather and great grandfather. In the morning, they would wake up with “moonburns” all over their faces… They discovered years later that their parents would paint their faces during the night!

- Hobbies: Hiking, skiing, and chilling with a good book or movie
- Movie: Mulan (the cartoon!)
- TV show: The Umbrella Academy
- Song: Bohemian Rhapsody
- Food: Maki rolls (sushi) –especially those prepared by Xavier!
- Season: Spring, when nature awakes.
- Holiday: Christmas –a warm holiday in a cold winter
- Travel destination: Yellowstone National Park and South Africa
