Home and Family

After living in Suburbia for our married life, we decided that we really wanted more space for our children to be able to run, play, grow and learn.

We now live on what we lovingly call our “hobby farm”… 5+ acres of rolling land in northern Indiana to roam, raise chickens and geese, cultivate a growing garden and orchard, and maybe someday a few goats. In the summer we love cooling off in the pool together; the fall brings marshmallow roasting over bonfires and in the winter, the hills make for wonderful sledding opportunities!

In the fall of 2019, we brought home Abby, an incredibly sweet, gentle and playful goldendoodle. We have loved watching her grow and laughing at all her silly antics. We decided to add two precious kittens to our lives lady summer! Rascal and Tigger have been wonderful playmates and cuddle buddies for all of us… and maybe someday they might scare away a few chipmunks! Our latest addition is Dash, a sweet fluff-ball of a Goldendoodle. He and Abby are the best of friends and we adore the extra bounce he has brought!

The extra space has given us fun opportunities together as an immediate family, but we also enjoy hosting gatherings with our friends and family. We are grateful for this bit of space to call ours and raise our growing family surrounded by loved ones.
