I was raised in Pennsylvania. I grew up working at a local flower shop and waiting tables at Applebee’s. My first job as an adult was working as a professional dancer/aerialist. I worked on Norwegian and Princess Cruise Lines, Tokyo Disney Sea, and in magic shows around the globe. New York City was always my homebase between jobs since the opportunities here seemed endless.
In 2010, I transitioned into teaching yoga, Pilates, and barre classes and had a lot of fun teaching in the city. One of the highlights was definitely the occasional celebrity in class! My personal favorite was Dylan Lauren since she gave me a pair of leggings that had candies on them. I’ve lived in Japan twice and I will always miss it there. I loved playing claw machine games (called UFO Catcher in Japan).
I am a true Disney fanatic, and dancing for Tokyo Disney Sea was a dream come true. I went to Disneyworld almost every other year as a kid. My parents divorced when I was three, so I got to go twice as much! I am super close with all of my family members, and now Tom’s family too! I especially love Tom’s younger sister, Sara.
I’m super excited to become a mom someday. It has been something we have planned on doing for so long, and the excitement is building now that the time is finally here. We look forward to sharing our love for travel, the arts, and our family with a tiny bundle of joy.
