Our Family

We are extremely close with our family. We depend on one another and it’s wonderful to have so many helping hands and viewpoints in raising our children all together. 

We are blessed to live in a multi-generational house, as Ashley’s parents live with us. We all have our own space, but we really enjoy being together. It’s great having the boys’ grandparents around! We love making dinner together, having cookouts and pool parties. The boys’ cousins love coming over to celebrate holidays and for family dinners. Their aunt lives a few miles away and stops by several times a week after work to take a walk or shoot some hoops. We love to all vacation together and make memories as a family unit. 

Josh’s parents live a few hours away, but we spend lots of time with them in the summer making memories on the same lake where Josh grew up. We spend at least one school break at Ft. Myers Beach where Josh’s parents are in the winter. The boys also have several great grandparents still active in their lives. They love spending time visiting, reading books, taking walks and taking them all dinner.
