Our Family

There’s nothing like family. One of our family’s daily prayers is to be a family that “wants to be together, even when we don’t have to be.” 

We both love our VERY large families! Mallie is one of four and Will has nine siblings. So needless to say our life is full, and although it’s a lot to keep up with, they are constantly injecting our life with huge doses of joy. The majority of our family live in the same state as us so we see them a lot and talk daily or weekly to most of them. 

Our parents are incredible grandparents and cannot wait to welcome another child into our family. They regularly watch our kids and the kids don’t want to leave when we come to pick them up. Our oldest daughter is actually doing “preschool” with one of her grandmothers right now and loving every minute of it.

Our current children are SO excited about adding another child to the family. We’ve talked about adoption a lot especially because their daddy and some of our closest friends have multiple adopted children. Leia, our oldest, is responsible, smart, caring and orderly; she likes to know the plan each day. Everly is our second and is joyful, bubbly, and brave; she is the superhero of the house. Luther, the boy, is our third. He is enthralled with throwing and kicking balls right now. We can’t wait to meet who God has chosen as the next sibling and believe he is building our family to encourage and sharpen one another.
