Our Awesome Team

With every new chapter we have gone through in our lives, we are so thankful to be able to say that we really are better together and enjoy creating our own family memories, traditions, and adventures. 

One of the most important foundations in our family is the time we spend in church and personal Bible studies as we grow in our walk with Christ and serve alongside those in the local church community. Over the years, we have enjoyed spending time working in the nursery, on the production crew for Sunday morning services, and in small group devotionals. 

We have also enjoyed establishing many fun traditions for all seasons of the year. In the winter, some of our favorite activities include hosting a Christmas cookie decorating contest and driving around with hot chocolate looking for Christmas light displays. During the fall season, we love taking the family to pumpkin patches and hayrides, and in the spring (when it’s still cold in Indiana), we go on alternating trips to Florida and Texas. 

As we have grown together as parents we have come to appreciate each other even more. We have learned how to value each other’s strengths and carry each other through the areas we are weaker in, and we have cherished getting to parent our children together. Adopting our twins was easily the most life changing moment in our marriage thus far, and our love for each other and our children has only grown with time. We are quickly approaching our 10 year anniversary and as cheesy as it sounds, we like each other even more than we did when we first met.
