Jennifer According to Adam
Jennifer is a modern-day “Belle”; she has a love for stories and art of all kinds. While I agree that her looks have no parallel, her heart is by far my favorite thing about her. She is passionately loyal and her love of Christ radiates in everything that she does. Whether she is writing one of her novels, teaching our kids how to read, or photographing a family, she seeks to be light to all who come into contact with her.
Jennifer is most comfortable behind the scenes orchestrating to perfection anything that she puts her mind to; the perfect compliment to my preferred method of “winging it.” With our powers combined, we can accomplish most anything from building a wonderful fort in the back yard to planning and executing the most fabulous vacation with the family in tow. Which leads to the thing I like about her the most, spending time with her is always easier and more enjoyable than with anyone else. She is the creativity to my logic—the artist to my engineer. And the person who I value above all others.
With that being said, watching Jennifer become a mother to James and Lucy over the last few years has been the greatest privilege of my life. She dedicates each and every day to make sure that they grow up to be well rounded, Christ loving individuals who will go on to do incredible things. Each time I stop to think of Jennifer with the kids it is punctuated by the sound of James and Lucy giggling. Whether they are playing tag, swinging on the playground, coloring, or reading a story for the one thousandth time, Jennifer creates joy for them and our family in a unique way that only she can.
