Big Brother, Rafael

Rafa is so excited to become an older brother! He’s always asking about having a sibling. Rafa is three years old and joined our family through adoption in 2022. He can be shy when you first meet him, but once he gets comfortable, he becomes super playful and animated. He loves singing and dancing, with or without music, and enjoys coloring and building with blocks and trains.

He thrives outdoors—you can really see the beauty of nature reflected in his face and joy. He loves to swim and attends weekly swim lessons, and he also enjoys playing soccer and football. He’s a natural storyteller who loves to talk and share stories in both English and Spanish.

Rafa is incredibly loving and kind, already showing remarkable empathy for such a young age. If someone is sad, he’ll be the first one there asking what’s wrong, offering comfort and giving hugs. He’s also very thoughtful about sharing his toys and snacks, always making sure everyone gets a turn. These beautiful qualities will make him an amazing older brother.
