Choosing a Watermelon

It’s watermelon season! On the weekend we picked up a watermelon from a local farm. Neal and JJ had make sure we got a really ripe one. Neal is an expert at listening for the sound of a ripe watermelon – that deep, satisfying “plunk” when you tap on the melon. Check back soon to see if he picked a good one!
