July Update

Summer is in full swing in Buffalo! We have gotten to do a lot outside: hiking, cycling, water war with our niece and nephew, sunsets at the waterfront, berry picking and walks with the pup. This weekend we went to a family members outdoor birthday party. It is a bit weird wearing masks and not hugging, but it was still great to see family that we hadn’t seen in a while. After the picnic, we went kayaking with David’s mom and her fiance. While out on the river we stumbled upon a shallow sandbar where lots of Buffalonians were docked and enjoying the water. We went swimming and even got ice cream from a restaurant boat! We are thankful to have our health and that we can spend time with family in the outdoors.
