Veggie lovers dinner last week.

As you can see, I have been doing alot of cooking lately.  This is a tomato salad, buttered noodles and Beyond Brats.  Mike is a vegetarian and has been for over 20 years.  I am about 95%, but still love to eat chicken and fish.  I did have vacation last week, but stayed home to get things taken care of around the house.  I love to cook and bake and when my nieces were younger we did alot of cooking together in the kitchen with each other.  I actually stayed with my sister a week after my god daughter was born and I had her in the kitchen with me chilling in the bouncy chair while I cooked.  Today she loves to cook and is actually working and cooking in a restaurant. I would love to think that I had something to do with that, but her dad is also a chef, so, maybe both of us influenced her.
