Last September, for our birthdays (we are a few days – and a couple of years – apart), we decided to go somewhere special. It didn’t take us long to pick the Yellowstone National Park, as it was on our bucket list for a long time.
We went to Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks in mid-October, we saw a lot of bison, elks, geysers and bright blue pools. We also saw a bald eagle and a family of moose. It was wonderful!
These parks are like on another planet, so weird!
After two days there, it started to snow a lot and the Rangers closed the park. So we decided to head south and get to the Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. It was quite a drive but it was worth it. These two parks are completely different from the first two and it was magical as well!
We were amazed by these landscapes and we already know we’ll come again to show this to our kids, one day.
