What a great weekend, even despite the hot weather! Melissa taught a session of her summer theatre class virtually. Here she is teaching choreography for one of the songs and showing the students how to use their script to find details about their characters. Teaching theatre virtually and directing a virtual play is a challenge, but it’s great to be able to help the students explore acting and theater!
Rob taught a virtual class as well: along with several other teachers at his school, he is providing extra support for incoming students who will be taking a placement test in the next few weeks. Even though the math he’s teaching is more letters than numbers, he always finds a way to make it interesting, exciting and fun for the students.
And last night, we went to visit Melissa’s parents and had a game night. We love playing board games! In a Pickle and Scattergories are so much fun to play and are always good for a laugh (especially Scattergories)!
