Our Story

We are Ben and Rachel. Thank you for taking the time to get to know us. This must be such a difficult time for you, and we respect you so, so much. Even though we may not know you yet, our family has been praying for you. We pray that you feel loved and supported and that you may feel peace in your choices, even if that choice is with another family.

We have been married for eight years now. We grew up in church together, though Rachel and her family moved to Texas before we really got to know one another. After about five years, God brought Rachel and her family back to our church in Michigan. There Ben saw her, and it was love at first sight. We were married about a year later. 

Even before we were married, we talked about adopting someday. God had put this passion and desire in both of our hearts, even at a young age. After we got married, God blessed us with three beautiful children. Due to some medical issues that arose during our last pregnancy, we are no longer able to have children biologically. We knew that this was God’s timing and that He was giving us the go-ahead on pursuing our hearts’ desire for adoption.

We currently have three biological children by the names of Titus, Allie, and Everly. Titus is five and recently started his first year of school. Allie is three and is sad she does not get to go to school yet. Everly is one and enjoys being around her brother and sister.
