Activities and Interests

With each season comes new traditions for our family. We love to keep those traditions alive by passing them down from generation to generation. We cannot wait to share these special moments with a child.

Spring brings Easter and Greek Easter. For Nicole’s family, this is a time for all of us to get together and celebrate. We have Easter egg hunts for the kids. Sometimes the adults even get involved! We enjoy baking cakes and cooking all together in the kitchen.

Summer is Lindsay’s favorite time of year; it’s baseball season! Let’s go Yankees! We love going to professional MLB games. Our nieces and nephews accompany us to games and help us cheer on our local Minor league Baseball team, The Ducks. We can’t wait to bring a little one to all the exciting games and outfit them with their first Yankee Jersey!

Fall means fires in the firepit and roasting marshmallows in the backyard with friends and family. Autumn is one of our favorite times of the year! Driving upstate to see the fall foliage and going hiking are also some of our fall favorites! Halloween and Thanksgiving are Nicole’s favorite holidays. We are excited to dress up in costumes with this child every year!

Winter: BBBRRRRRRRRRRR, we definitely are not cold weather ladies BUT… we LOVE driving around to see the Christmas lights! We hope sleigh riding and building snowmen will become favorite activities for this child.
