ABOUT ROBYN BY JASON

Almost immediately upon meeting Robyn, I knew the two of us had a bond. We loved the same music, talked about the same movies (both new and old), and enjoyed doing the same things like exploring new neighborhoods and restaurants, and playing board games. As we spent time together and started dating, I learned that Robyn is family-oriented, empathetic, and full of optimism and kindness. It’s impossible not to enjoy her company and learn from her example.

When Robyn was a teenager, she started donating her hair to Locks of Love and became a vegetarian because of environmental concerns. She still does both today, proof that she follows through when she is passionate about something. Robyn is serious when she needs to be and silly when she doesn’t. She makes keeping in touch with old friends seem easy because she not only highly values the people in her life but also makes sure they know they are loved and respected.

When I think about the two of us being parents, I know that Robyn is my best possible teammate. What I love most about Robyn – her values, her life experiences, her ability to find joy in the small things – is exactly what is going to make her the best mom I can imagine.
