Our Family

Even though our families are very different, we both grew up with close and loving family members. 

Michael’s immediate and extended family live within a 10-mile radius. In fact, his brother and sister live next door to each other! We go on vacations together, talk every day, and are involved in each others’ lives. Michael’s family is the quintessential Italian family with Sunday dinners, big family parties, and his mom, “Nana,” as the nucleus. Michael’s brother and sister each have three children, aged 14-23, who Michael and Nico love like their own children. 

Nico’s family is spread out across the globe, namely, the Philippines, Thailand, Los Angeles, and New Jersey. With technology, we can spend time with them frequently. We love taking the opportunity to travel internationally to see them. Nico is one of four brothers and Michael immediately became the fifth. 

The possibility of a baby is thrilling to both families, and they are all anxiously waiting to meet the newest addition.
