What does John have to say about Steve?

When I first met Steve, I remember the conversation just flowing. At the time, I was living alone and enjoying every bit of freedom. Meeting Steve was life changing. His passion for life caught me by the hook from day one. They say you are supposed to wait three days to text after a first date. I think I waited about 15 minutes. Thankfully that didn’t backfire on me!

Steve is whitty, kind, smart, and hard-working. Watching how he interacts with our nieces and nephews, from day trips to the zoo, getting ice cream or having them over for a sleepover, has proven to me that we are going to make an incredible team when we are lucky enough to have a child.

A graduate of Penn State University, Steve has a core group of best friends from there that he tries to gather with at least twice a year since they are spread out across the country. He went to school for marketing and today is a Director of Marketing for a financial risk management company. He gets to put his creative skills to work every day and enjoys what he does.

Steve truly challenges me to be a better person. Being with him made me realize early on that life is that much better when you share the days with someone you love. I can’t wait to add a child into this life that we have created so that we can finally put the missing piece into our puzzle.
