CHRISTMAS 2020

This Christmas was probably a little different than most. Since we couldn’t do a big family dinner, we decided to make our own dinner and invited my step-brother Evan over to join us. Who knew Evan was going to ride his road bike from his place to our house twenty miles away? This was about a 1 ½ hour ride to us. Then he was determined to ride home in the dark. Luckily, we got to Zoom chat with a lot of our family, so we had the opportunity to at least see them virtually. Anyway, the three of us chatted it up all night while enjoying delicious food like Honey Baked ham, green bean casserole, mashed potatoes, stuffing, my grandma’s delicious “lemon jello salad” (lemon jello with banana & pineapple mixed in and a whip cream topping = my favorite), and of course we finished it off with a delicious apple pie and ice cream.
