Cornbread Saturday
Happy Saturday Morning !!
Its early and I am awake whipping up a batch of my “famous” cornbread.
I do this most Saturday mornings before our house wakes up.
Its quiet and I love the smell of cornbread baking in the oven – so welcoming and warm.
The recipe was passed down from my grandma…I have made a few changes…my secret incredient is adding HONEY !!
Honey is sweet, pure and adds a special twist to the cornbread.
I love making extra to share with family and friends – it always makes everyone smile !
