Our New Farm Friends

We are excited to welcome our new kitten and chickens to our family. During quarantine, we adopted a kitten, Secret Agency Smokey. He loves head scratches, scrunched up tin foil, and climbing his tower. Smokey’s favorite room has been the nursery, especially napping on the rocking chair and looking out the window.

We have been staying busy this summer building a chicken coop with Brandon’s dad in preparation for the chickens. Our friends, coworkers, and neighbors have enjoyed meeting them (even if it is a virtual meeting). They are named after our favorite female singers – Beyonce, Adele, Shakira, Reba, and Dolly to name a few.
