About Ellen

Hi, I’m Ellen! I grew up in a beach town in South Florida. The salt air runs in my blood and the beach is still my favorite place in the world. I have a small family, just my mom and dad and one brother. Growing up, I loved playing sports, Harry Potter, singing in choir, spending time with my friends, and cooking with my Grandmother. As an adult, not much has changed. I still love attending sporting events, listening to music, cooking for the people I love.

After spending time working in public relations and marketing, I found my true passion running a non-profit organization working to end generational poverty. I am devoted to my work advocating for families experiencing homelessness and empowering women in their journey to becoming resilient and strong. I love spending time with the kids in my life. I am passionate about being a mentor and friend to them as they grow.
