ABOUT ME

I’m Leslie. I’m a fun-loving, adventure-seeking, and outgoing person. I’m a single mother to a three-year-old little girl named Eleanor. As I mentioned earlier, I enjoy my career as an engineer. I received my Masters’ degree in May 2019, and I currently have a wide-range of responsibilities at work, leading multiple projects and initiatives. Throughout my career, I have been afforded the opportunity to work with individuals across the globe, which is something I love most about my career. My job can be intense at times, but it also provides a healthy work life balance and a lot of diversity in the day-to-day activities. Fortunately, I am lucky enough to have the flexibility to work from home on a regular basis.

I like to stay active with yoga, spin classes, running and playing tennis. I’ve run a few half marathons throughout my life and am thinking about training for another one. I also like to garden, do arts and crafts and I love to travel. I really enjoy meeting new people and learning about new cultures. I’ve been to Italy, Greece, Switzerland, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, China, the Caribbean and landmarks across the US (I’ve visited 35 of the 50 states), and am continually striving to expand that list. I’m also SCUBA certified, and love to camp and be in the outdoors.
