OUR FAMILY

We are fortunate to have most of our family living less than half an hour away, including parents and siblings. As we mentioned, Chris is the oldest of six children, and Claire has one younger sister. Chris’ brothers and their wives are always around! We were both raised in large families and we love loud gatherings with lots of good food and happiness.

We think it is safe to say that our parents are extremely thrilled to be grandparents! Chris’ parents are loving grandparents to our niece. They seem to spend every free minute singing her songs and reading her stories. Claire’s parents are already over-the-moon excited to meet their first grandchild! Our families get along beautifully, and we often spend birthdays and holidays as a large group, or sometimes we just get together for a Sunday night dinner, which means lots of days filled with hugs, presents, and treats!
