Meet Chris

Hello! I originally grew up in New York. My father was a tool and die maker, while my mother worked in healthcare. I also have a sister who is two years younger than me. I had a great childhood. I remember spending lots of time with our family, going to the beach, summers at a cabin in Vermont, and going on an annual trip to the theme parks in Florida. I always dreamt of moving to Florida, and when I was 11, our family decided to relocate. It was a great decision and I’ve been firmly planted ever since.

From an early age, I was very interested in technology. Back in the dial-up days of the Internet, you could pretty much count on our phone line always being busy! I started experimenting with programming when I was 10 years old, and by 14, I was writing custom web applications for my school. My favorite personal project was creating an interactive haunted house in my dorm room, complete with lighting effects and synchronized music.

My first job was working in a theme park and I loved being part of a fun experience for families and their children. In my career, I started out as an intern in our technology group. Now, over 13 later, I lead a team of software developers as we design systems to manage a large workforce. The work is really challenging and fun.

In my spare time, I love going to theme parks, walking or biking on the trail, watching movies, and playing with our dogs.
