Our Hobbies

Spending time as a family is our favorite hobby, but we also have some individual hobbies as well. We both love running, singing, reading, and playing games together. Sara has run nine half marathons over the last five years, and running has become a great way to exercise and relieve stress. We have also shared our passion for running with our family as our three kids have taken part in some kid’s runs.  

We love serving at our church with the worship ministry, as Sara can sing and play piano and guitar, and Jacob can help with media. Reading is also something we really enjoy. We are so happy that we can share this passion with our kids by reading books to them.  

We host regular board game nights with our immediate family and church family. Our favorite game is Monopoly, and we have collected over thirty different versions of this game. Our hobbies are important to us,  and we love that we can share all these activities with our kids as well.
